One emerald cut aquamarine set into a 14K yellow gold basket head surrounded by a 14K yellow and green gold hand made lily and leaf design with a freshwater pearl dangle. Attached to the lariat are 10 2.75" natural seed pearl strands with 14K handmade caps with a 14K yellow gold 10" serpentine chain and hand made leaf design clasp. The aquamarine has a current clarity and color grade rated at VVS-Swiss Blue and measures approximately 9.5mm X 5.3mm.
